1/4 cana seminte de in macinate
2 linguri nuci macinate, 1/2 cana praf de proteine de soia
2 oua, 1/2 lingurita sare, 1 lingurita parf de copt, 1/2 cana smantana groasa
1/4 cana apa minerala
Se amesteca toate si se coace 25-30 min la 180°C (cuptor preincalzit).
