Retete de slabit – Paine-chec reteta I

1/2 cana seminte macinate de susan sau de in
1/4 cana praf de proteina de soia (din farmacii sau sali de fitness)
1/4 cana faina de soia, oua batute usor
1/2 cana smantana, 1/2 lingurita praf de copt
1/2 lingurita sare
Se amesteca toate si se coace la 180°C 20-25 min. (cuptor preincalzit).
