<h2>Regim de slabit pe baza de proteine</h2>
<h2><span style="color: #ff9900;">Etapa I= 2 saptamani</span></h2>
<p>-	carne de orice fel si peste , in orice cantitate, fiarta sau fripta<br />
-	oua in orice cantitate – fierte<br />
-	grasimi: slanina, unt, margarina, maioneza<br />
-	supa de carne ( goala, fara zarzavat, fara nimic in ea)<br />
-	branza, telemea, cascaval<br />
-	orice fel de mezeluri<br />
-	masline<br />
-	castraveti de gradina sau de sera<br />
-	muraturi ( in afara celor care sunt cu zahar )<br />
-	orice fel de condimente ( sare, piper, boia, mustar )<br />
-	apa la discretie ( ceai, cafea naturala, fara zahar, doar zaharina)</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ff9900;">Etapa II= 2 saptamani</span></h2>
<p>La alimentele din etapa I se adauga salata verde, varza, telina, dovleac, ardei gras.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ff9900;">Etapa III= 2 saptamani</span></h2>
<p>La alimentele de pana acum se adauga ceapa si usturoi in mancare, fasole  vrede, rosii, ardei iute si fructe ( numai visine, capsuni, zmeura,  mure, sucul de la o lamiae )</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ff9900;">Etapa IV= 2 saptamani</span></h2>
<p>Se adauga toate zarzavaturile, smantana, ciuperci, sfecla rosie ( pregatita fara zahar )</p>
<h2>Concluzii:</h2>
<p>-	dupa 4 zile, slabirea este brusca in prima etapa<br />
-	se poate slabi in 2 luni intre 12 si 17 kg pt. femei si intre 15 si 20 kg pt. barbate<br />
Atentie !!!!<br />
-	a nu se consuma deloc apa minerala sau bauturi alcoolice, orice fel de sucuri sau fructe<br />
-	 o cafea cu zahar, o guma de mestecat, o inghetata, o gura de alcool  intrerupe intregul process cu 8 zile.Orice alimente sunt interzise</p>
