<strong>Pranz: </strong>100 g de carne de vita fiarta, 100 g de orez fiert cu sos de rosii si o felie de pepene rosu.<br />
<strong>Cina:</strong> 50 g de branza de vaci, o felie de paine prajita si orice cantitate de pepene rosu.</p>

<p><strong>Fara mic dejun.</strong><br />
<strong>Pranz:</strong> Paine prajita, 50 g de piept de pui sau de curcan fiert, o felie de pepene rosu.<br />
<strong>Cina: </strong>100 g de peste slab, fiert sau la gratar, o felie de paine prajita si una de pepene rosu.</p>
<h2><span style="color: #ff9900;">ZIUA 3</span></h2>
<p><strong>Fara mic dejun.</strong><br />
<strong>Pranz</strong>: 30 g de spaghete cu sos de rosii si branza rasa si orice cantitate de pepene.<br />
<strong>Cina</strong>: O salata de legume si o felie de pepene rosu.</p>

<p><strong>Fara mic dejun.</strong><br />
<strong>Pranz:</strong> Un castron de supa de legume, 50 g de piept de pui fiert, paine prajita si o felie de pepene rosu.<br />
<strong>Cina:</strong> Doi cartofi natur cu parmezan si orice cantitate de pepene.</p>

<p><strong>Fara mic dejun.</strong><br />
<strong>Pranz: </strong>50 g de carne de vita fiarta, cu sote de ciuperci si orice cantitate de pepene rosu.<br />
<strong>Cina:</strong> 50 g de branza de vaci cu doua felii de paine prajita si orice cantitate de pepene rosu.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff9900;"><strong>Eficienta</strong>:</span> Slabesti 2-3 kg în 5 zile.<br />
