<p>- Se mananca doar <strong>CARNE</strong>, astfel:</p>
<p>1. PUI, CURCAN (AMBELE FARA PIELE), VITA, PESTE, PIPOTE, PORC SLAB (MUSCHI) – totul fiert, la cuptor, la teflon sau la gratar. Se pot condimenta cu sare, piper, lamaie, usturoi.<br />
NU SE FOLOSESTE ULEI. <span id="more-433"></span></p>
<p>2. MEZELURI SLABE: muschi file / haiducesc, sunca de Praga, muschiulet de vita, pastrama</p>
<p>3. OUA DE PREPELITA: fierte, omleta (si cu sunca)</p>
<p>Se mananca <strong>5 MESE pe zi</strong>, astfel:<br />
DIMINEATA: ora 8:00 micul dejun; ora 10:00 gustare<br />
DUPA-AMIAZA: ora 12:00 pranzul; ora 15:00 gustare<br />
SEARA: ora 19:00 cina</p>
<p>In aceste doua saptamani, se beau cel putin 3 litri de lichide pe zi: apa plata, ceai de plante, cafea fara zahar, limonada fara zahar.</p>
<p><strong>SUPLIMENTE ALIMENTARE:</strong></p>
<p>CHROM – 1 cps / zi dimineata inaintea mesei<br />
OTET DE MERE CAPSULE (RECOMANDAT: LIPOSTOP) – 1 cps dimineata si 1 cps la pranz, inainte de mese<br />
CEAI VERDE CAPSULE / TABLETE – 3 cps pe zi, una inainte de fiecare masa principala<br />
NORMOPONDEROL – 4 cps/zi in doza unica, seara la culcare</p>
<p><strong>ETAPA II &#8211; URMATOARELE DOUA SAPTAMANI</strong></p>
<p>Se introduc legume si ciuperci in alimentatie.</p>
<p>DIMINEATA = carne / oua + legume<br />
ORA 10:00 = legume si ciuperci<br />
PRANZ = carne + legume<br />
ORA 15:00 = legume + ciuperci<br />
SEARA = carne + legume<br />
Se pot combina cu ierburi, vegeta, otet de mere. FARA ULEI!!!</p>

Ora 10:00 – salata de legume<br />
Pranz – pui + salata<br />
Ora 15:00 – ciuperci<br />
Seara – pui + salata</p>
<p><strong>Joi</strong><br />
Carne, peste, meseluri. La pranz si seara mancam si salata.</p>
<p><strong>Vineri</strong><br />
Mic dejun: Salata de peste (macrou afumat, cod sau merluciu fiert, ceapa, otet, lamaie, verdeata)<br />
Ora 10:00 – la fel<br />
Pranz – peste + salata<br />
Ora 15:00 – salata de peste ca la micul dejun<br />
Seara – ca la pranz</p>
<p><strong>Sambata si Duminica</strong><br />
Mic dejun: omleta + ciuperci + verdeata<br />
Ora 10:00 – ciuperci<br />
Pranz &#8211; carne + salata<br />
Ora 15:00 – ciuperci + salata<br />

<p><strong>ETAPA III – 2 SAPTAMANI</strong></p>
<p>Se introduc fructe (ananas, kiwi, grapefruit) si oua. Din a doua saptamana intra ocazional (in doua zile din saptamana) branza de vaci si iaurt (slabe!)</p>
